Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough and professional evaluations for children referred to our clinic using standardized evaluation tools, screening tools, parent report and observations of children.

  • Implement and manage treatment plan and therapy sessions

  • Maintain and complete paperwork as specified

  • Collaborate with staff and community members to provide cohesive delivery of services

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS, Master's or doctorate degree

  • Certified and licensed or registered as required by WA

  • Provide thorough and professional evaluations of patients, determining appropriate plan-of-care and treatment goals

  • Experience with sensory integration or desire to gain knowledge

PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT

  • Associate degree for Physical Therapy Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide PT services under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist

  • Implement components of patient care, obtain data related to treatments provided, and collaborate with PT in modifying care as needed

  • Review and carry out physical therapist's interpretations of patient's plan of care

  • Support physical therapist with completion of records and carrying out treatment plan to improve a patient's physical mobility

OFFICE ASSISTANT (PART TIME)

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in an office setting

  • Support other office administrators and therapists with clerical needs; faxing, mailing, filing, emails, making charts, records requests

  • Provide treatment to infants & children in an accurate and timely manner

  • Create individualized treatment plans sharing the treatment goals and methods used

  • Answer caregiver questions & provide at-home tools

  • Coordinate patient care and co-treat with other healthcare professionals

  • Give referrals and recommendations to other services that could support a patient’s condition

  • Supervision of PTA

  • Maintain required paperwork for clients

  • Continue development of best-practice treatment and pediatric physical therapy services

  • Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations)
